How to cancel
Use the cancellation form. If you are unsure how to proceed, contact us through the contact form on this website or at info@rilarc.co.jp. There are no conditions for cancellation.
After cancellation
After you cancel, you can keep using your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for. You will not be charged for the next period.
Refunds
Due to the nature of digital services, we do not provide refunds once the service has started. For both monthly and annual plans, we do not provide prorated refunds for cancellation during a billing period.
If we are unable to provide the service for reasons attributable to us, we will discuss an appropriate remedy with you individually.
External services
Cancellation and refunds for external services you use under your own contracts or API keys (such as generative AI APIs, Ahrefs and note) are governed by each service’s terms. Cancelling SEOAGENT does not cancel those contracts.
Your data after cancellation
Data is handled after cancellation in accordance with our Privacy Policy. To request deletion, contact us through the contact form and choose “Personal information / data handling”.
