This page explains where the information you entrust to SEOAGENT is kept, how connections work and how external services are involved. Our handling of personal information is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Communication and servers

  • Communication with the Service and this website is encrypted with HTTPS.
  • The Service’s servers are hosted in the Amazon Web Services Tokyo region. This website (seoagent.jp) is hosted by XServer Inc.

Connections to external services

  • WordPress: connected using WordPress’s standard application passwords. We do not store your login password. You can revoke an application password at any time from the WordPress admin screen.
  • Google (Search Console and Google Analytics): connected within the scope you approve on Google’s authorization screen. Search Console and Google Analytics use read-only permissions, so your data there is not changed. You can disconnect at any time from your Google account settings.
  • API keys (generative AI, Ahrefs, etc.): API keys you register are stored encrypted.
  • note: the Chrome extension fills in the note editor in your own browser. It does not read your note email address, password or cookies.

Sending data to generative AI

To create articles and images and review content, we send the necessary information — such as keywords, headings and the content of registered materials — to generative AI APIs (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic). This information is handled under each provider’s API terms. Please review highly confidential information before registering it.

Payment information

Payments are processed by our payment provider (MyASP). Our systems do not receive credit card numbers.

Our practices

  • We limit who can access data and manage permissions.
  • For this website, we back up the database and files before each update.
  • If we identify a defect or suspected unauthorized access, we investigate the scope of impact and notify affected customers where necessary.
